How do I take care of my How I Met My Sole products?
Our products are constructed of synthetic fabrics and materials, as well as metallic accessories that can react to humidity, salt, and other atmospheric elements. We advise keeping your item or items dry as this could result in irreversible wear and tear.
Avoiding extreme heat and light exposure, direct rain, oil and grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume, solvents), and other abrasive agents, as well as excessive friction, can cause colour fading.
Use our Style Rescue kit to maintain the cleanliness of your shoes and accessories. Keep them in our protective glam box when not in use.
Each one of our materials is handcrafted and chosen for its special properties. Any accidental blemishes, tone shifts, and/or textural variations are inherent to the material and shouldn't be viewed as flaws.
